        Sale is carried out in the form of sale of 100 percent of the shares of joint-stock company, which owns the Land plot.

        The Land plot is located in 34 kilometers from MKAD on high-speed route M4, in 25 kilometers from the airport «Domodedovo».

        The plot is conditionally divided by the ravine with the stream into two zones:
           1. Forest (about 18 hectares);
           2. Field with separately standing trees.

         Near the Land plot situated the pond, its area is about five hectares. On the ground area there are 28 constructions. The main part of them is not suitable for use. Gas-main passes in 60 meters from the border of the area. On the land plot the electricity is installed and there is an own transformer. In the territory of the land there are a drilled well bore for the extraction of water and two water towers.

        All real estate objects, located on the Land plot, are registered as the property of selling joint-stock company.

        The Land plot has the status «Land of settlement».
